1. Read the Beliefs, Values, and Doctrine and the Constitution.
2. Fill out a new Member form here.
3. Once your form has been submitted, our Communication Coordinator will reach out to you to schedule a meeting with one of our Elders. We want to meet you and hear your story/testimony, and be available for any questions you might have.
4. Upon Elder approval, the Elders will present you to the congregation during a Sunday worship service, ask for a confession of faith, and announce your membership

By submitting your membership form, you acknowledge:
-that you have read and agree with the Faith Bible Church Values, Doctrine, and Constitution.
-that you commit to support Faith Bible Church spiritually through prayer, physically through attendance and service, and financially through giving
-that you commit to receive guidance and correction from Faith Bible Church Members and Elders with a teachable spirit (Hebrews 13:17) in accordance with the FBC Constitution.
